Maria Sharapova's Doping Ban Reduced To 15 Months From 2 Years



Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova who was slammed a two year ban for using drugs today showed a sigh of relief after the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced her two year
ban to 15 months.



The Russian tennis star tested positive for banned substance- meldonium in January, and revealed in a press conference she was taking the drug for a medical condition but her ban was widely expected to be reduced as the debate around the drug meldonium continued to rage on.
